This Triple Lock revolver was made in 1912 and shipped to Folsom Arms of New York City, as attested to by a factory letter. The revolver has been professionally refinished in nickel, the same finish with which it was shipped from the factory, but most of the markings have been removed. Still, with only 15,376 having been made, the collectors should still be interested. If the collectors don’t show enough interest, this will make someone a nice revolver for home protection. Its triple-lock system should keep the action tight, and hopefully provide another 100+ years of shooting enjoyment. With its 5” barrel, it isn’t overly heavy and still has a long enough sight radius to provide good accuracy. A revolver is the ultimate home protection handgun: there is no safety to worry about and nothing to jam. Just point the barrel where you want the bullets to go and pull the trigger.
