Built by Chimney Point Rifle Works in Addison, VT. Could not find a barrel makers name but it appears to be a good barrel. 13/16" straight octagon that is 36" long with 1-48" deep cut rifling for patched round ball. Bore is mirror right with no rust or pitting. Lock is a small Siler and works perfectly. Maple stock is solid with no cracks or breaks. Has a steel toe plate and an antler heel plate. Trigger guard is a two piece hand forged design. Trigger is of the single function style and must be set before rifle can be cocked or fired. Has a 14" LOP and is 52 ½" overall. Weighs 7 pounds. Really nice little small game rifle!
