Obsolete caliber, no FAC required to purchase. With nice aged patina as you would expect from a 134 year old rifle. The metal work is all in good condition and the action works fine.
The wood work is mostly good it does have a few chips around where the stock meets the upper tang. Originally bought by me to be a black powder shooter, unfortunately the bore is too worn. I also have a set of Redding dies and a bullet mould from Accurate moulds USA. Together with 24 Bertram Brass cases and many bullets should anyone have a 40-82 in shootable condition and be a Reloader. However the action works great and I can supply dummy bullets if wanted.
