CLAWSON`S - COLLECTORS GUIDE TO COLT .45 SERVICE PISTOLS 1911 & 1911A1

Here's one of the most used books in my personal library. This is a new copy of Charles Clawson's "Collector Guide to Colt .45 Service Pistols - Models of 1911 and 1911A1" (Third Edition). Very few reference books contain so much condensed information in so few pages. This hardbound book is just 146 pages long, yet Clawson managed to gather most all of the key information a collector needs to make educated decisions.
If you collect U.S. military .45 automatics, or have a desire to, you really need to have this reference available to you. The book is in excellent condition.
The pages inside are clean as can be and there are no tears, loose binding or other issues.
These books are highly sought after and rather expensive (there's a copy available on Amazon for $700). Not cheap! But when you consider the potential cost of a "pistol buying mistake", the price doesn't seem so bad!
