Antique U.S. Military Model 1843 Hall Carbine breech loading single shot carbine in .52 Caliber. Made 1849 by Simeon North. Faint inspector cartouche on the right side of the stock. Faint “73” rack number on the underside of the toe. 21” barrel with original sights. Original finish.
Wood has been very lightly arsenal sanded and oiled. Original metal ramrod. CONDITION: Metal has honest wear and mixed patina throughout. Wood has minor impressions, dents and scrapes.
Bore is lightly frosted. Good overall rifling
