Up for sale is an Austrian Kropatscheck long rifle chambered in 8mm Rimmed. This rifle sports a 32 inch barrel with really nice sharp reflective rifling. This rifle is the long rifle variant of the famous Kropatschek rifle. The action is in fantastic shape and functions just as nicely as the day it rolled off the factory floor in 1886. The stock shows no signs of structural damage and the finish is in great shape. The rifle features a bunch of crisp markings and has a really nice cartouche on the stock indicating this rifle’s Portuguese military service. This rifle is an excellent example of a Kropatscheck and a must have for any collector.
