£ 300.00Springfield Trapdoor M1878 Rifle! Chambered in .41! - For Sale
Obviously, this rifle has been heavily modified.
I believe it is chambered in .41, this is based on the only marking found on the barrel (see photo) which reads “.41 FU”. I don't have any of this ammo on hand, so I really cannot test it to be sure.
Also, no rifling appears to be present in the barrel, but the bore is extremely clean.
Action works great.
