Very good condition antique Smith & Wesson 38 Single Action, 1st Model Baby Russian 38 S&W revolver. Serial number in the 10xxx range made in 1876-77. 3.25” barrel, five shot, 38 S&W caliber single action revolver. All numbers match on this one including right grip. Excellent mechanical condition including timing and lock up. Just some very light pitting/frosting in the bore. Original nickel shows some wear and finish loss mostly forward of the cylinder on the barrel. The 1st Model Baby Russian’s would be made in quantities of just over 25,000 being a popular seller.
