Antique Percussion Muzzleloader, 47 Caliber, Black Powder Half Stock Target or Bench Rifle. 2 7/8" drop at the heel, 12.6 pounds, 14" length of trigger pull. Barrel measures 1" x 41 1/2". Bore has slight texture when running a patch down. Patch come out easily, not torn or torn off. Barrel interior is not rusty, just has some texture expected of a rifle made in 1840 (180 years old). Certainly in shootable condition. Repairs to the toe and right hand fore stock . Tang is drilled for sights. Rifle is fully functional. Rifle was probably made about 1845. Double set, single action trigger must be set to be fired.
