I have a really fine antique black powder 5-shot pocket revolver from the 1870s - 1880s. The single-action functioning seems flawless, with nice remaining original factory blue and traces of case colors on the hammer. The grips fits perfectly and are pencil numbered to the gun's serial number. On this gun, the cylinder is released simply by pulling back the spring loaded cylinder pin and the cylinder falls out to the right side. Top of the barrel is stamped “Smith's Patent Apr 16, 1873 No. 38” Barrel length is 2.75".
