A extreamly rare and beautiful Norwegian Tennstemple rifle chambered in 6.5X55 Swedish. With adjustable (set) trigger.
It is a lever operated single shot falling block action, but unlike the Martini Henry actions, it has a cam-action that near the end of the lever stroke it pushes the breech block forward about 3/16 inch completely sealing the breech.
This rifle is in mechanically fine condition with no broken or worn out parts. Stock is very good with no cracks or deep gouges, but does reflect use and age. Bore is about antique good condition, dark but with fairly good rifling.
