Manufrance Gaulois No. 1 8mm Turbiaux Squeeze-Cock Palm Pistol Antique

The palm-pistol was an early concept for repeating, compact handguns suitable for self-defense. Some, perhaps most, of the best-known designs came from France and this is one example, the Gaulois No. 1 made by ManuFrance.
The pistol is in Excellent condition as Antique, appearing to have seen limited and responsible use, though the bore shows erosion typical of the use of corrosive ammunition of the era. It will make a great addition to a collection of pocket pistols or for those who can appreciate intriguing mechanisms and will display well in the included box.
