Colonial Period Style Flintlock Rifle, 54 Caliber, by contemporary maker Mike Brooks (modern build with modern parts, not antique). Has standard dents and dings from normal use. Bore in bright, shiny condition.
8lb 4 oz with sling.
44" Swamped (Tapered and Flared) 54 caliber barrel with round bottom grooves. 1"/0.76"/0.89"
60 1/2" overall length, 14" length of trigger pull, 2 1/2" drop at the heel.
Looks to be a Chambers Early Ketland Flintlock. Barrel marked Brooks #193
Carved curly maple stock, iron furniture. Fully functional and safe to use.
