£ 700.00Ballard Carbine 44 Russian - For Sale
This Ballard carbine was originally in 44. The hammer has been modified to shoot centerfire by cutting the hammer off and adding a piece of metal angled and pinned to hit a centerfire cartrige.
The barrel has a very faint marking, arms can be seen on top, followed by a w and mass. I assume it is worcester mass. This is probably a cast receiver and care shoot be taken when selecting ammo to shoot it. There don't appear to be any markings on the reciever itself.
