Antique Swiss Waffenfabrik Bern M78 Rifle

Listed for sale is a Swiss Waffenfabrik Bern M78 rifle. This rifle is chambered in the 41 Swiss rimfire cartridge and features a 32 inch barrel. The serial number is 194165 as found on the left frame and barrel. Partial matching numbers are also found on the trigger guard, butt plate, and bottom of receiver. The bolt assembly is marked “975”. This rifle is mostly complete and in the best condition.
The rifle has surface rust over the metal components, but I did not note any deep pitting.
The action functions well and it does cock and dry fire. The elevator/ejector also functions well.
