Ashmore Warranted lock. Double set triggers. Curly maple stock. Barrel is 0.33" caliber. Slight taper in barrel from 0.935" to 0.895" with 7 lands and grooves.
Barrel bore is in good condition for age. Built about 1840 or 50. 9lb 3oz, 13 1/2" LOP, 3 3/4" drop, 53" OAL. Pewter nose cap and German silver inlays.
Rifle is not a wall hanger, in shootable condition. Lock sear was replaced with a modern L&R sear. Muzzleloader, Black Powder.
