I know very little about this revolver. I believe it's an Adams revolver circa 1860. Missing some parts like a wedge, front sight, probably a cylinder stop or spring. Hammer moves freely, loading gate works as it should.
There is a stamp left side of frame that says “ Patent No.3869”. Each cylinder is numbered.
