MODIFED U.S. HARPERS FERRY MODEL 1842 RIFLED MUSKET Lock dated 1854. Musket barrel has been arsenal rifled and at one point was sighted, although the rear sight dovetail is empty. Barrel and forestock have been shortened to 2 band configuration with no nose cap. CONDITION: Good bore.
